I got a referral to MD Anderson because my tumor is chemo resistant and my local oncologist isn’t quite sure how to handle it. Then I found out MD Anderson doesn’t take my insurance. So none of this sounds cheap. Insurance has been a hurdle since the very beginning of my cancer era, and now here we are again. Another thing to solve. I know there’s an answer. I really do.
